The Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) is a measurement tool that assists therapists in using a client-centred approach to service delivery by indicating the client’s priorities. It thus enables therapy to be individualized and targeted to the areas of greatest need and offers an effective system of measuring the outcomes of therapy.
