Camila Araújo Santos Santana

Camila is a Physiotherapist who graduated from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar-Brazil). She is a specialist in interventions for children with disabilities and early intervention. During her Master's studies in physiotherapy at UFSCar, she works with intervention for children and adolescents with cerebral palsy. In 2019 she was awarded a scholarship to be a visiting student at McMaster University under the supervision of Professor Peter Rosenbaum and Rachel Teplicky at CanChild. 

Areas of interest: rehabilitation, physiotherapy interventions, brain development, transition to adulthood, family and child participation and quality of life, well-being of people with disabilities, knowledge translation.
